How should this product be specified?
An air cooler enquiry must distinguish the heat exchanger core from the complete air-cooling assembly. Define the duty, tube-side fluid, airflow and air conditions, pressure-drop limits, installation envelope and connections, then list whether the frame, casing, fans, guards, motors or controls belong in the requested supply.

Clarify which parts of the air cooler are included
Begin with the cooling requirement, working fluid and air-side conditions, then show the installation envelope and mounting arrangement. Identify whether the request is for a finned core, a framed coil or an assembly with a casing. Photographs illustrate formats; the quotation needs the actual project dimensions and operating inputs.
List fans, guards, controls and electrical items separately where they are required, including any items supplied by your team. Indicate access and maintenance constraints and the requested surface treatment. Compare the condenser or evaporator pages when your system uses those services, and the integrated assembly page when several components must be coordinated.

Before you request a quotation
What should an air-cooler heat exchanger inquiry specify?
Include the air-side and tube-side conditions, required duty, available dimensions, mounting points and connections. State whether fans, a housing or controls are required in addition to the heat-exchanger core.
Does a pictured fan opening mean fans are supplied?
Not necessarily. An opening or housing shown in a reference photo does not establish the bill of materials. Ask for a quotation that explicitly lists fans, motors, electrical requirements and any excluded items.
