This notice explains how information submitted through the technical RFQ form is handled.
How enquiries work
When you submit the RFQ form, the supplied contact information, project requirements and any optional attachment are stored in a private administrator inbox so that the request can be reviewed and answered. The public website cannot browse submitted enquiries.
Information you may provide
You may provide your name, company, work email, telephone number, country or region, project dimensions, quantity, operating information and technical drawings. Only send information that you are authorised to share.
Purpose and access
Enquiry information is used to review manufacturability, prepare a quotation, clarify specifications and communicate about the requested project. Access is restricted to the signed-in website administrator.
Files and retention
Optional attachments are kept in private file storage linked to the enquiry. Enquiry records are normally retained for up to 365 days, unless a longer period is required for an active commercial relationship, dispute, accounting obligation or other legal requirement. Deletion may be requested using the contact details below.
